1. Information we collect
Brainrot Jump does not create or manage a Slon.Inc user account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, messages, photos, videos, audio files, health data, or precise GPS location.
The game and the third-party services used in the game may collect the following types of data:
- App activity, such as gameplay events, run progress, character unlocks, settings changes, ad interactions, purchase outcomes, achievement progress, and other in-game actions.
- Approximate location, which may be inferred from your IP address by advertising services.
- Device or other identifiers, such as advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, Firebase installation identifiers, or similar device/app identifiers.
- Diagnostics and crash logs, such as crash reports, device information, app version, operating system version, and performance or stability data.
- Purchase history, such as whether you bought or restored in-app products.
- Platform gaming identity, such as Google Play Games gamer profile information on Android or Game Center player information on iOS, when you use those platform services.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Run the game and provide gameplay features.
- Save and restore game progress.
- Provide Google Play Games achievements, events, and cloud save on Android.
- Provide Game Center achievements and iCloud protected-save synchronization on iOS.
- Process and restore in-app purchases.
- Show ads and rewarded ads.
- Measure app usage and improve the game.
- Detect crashes, fix bugs, and improve stability.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and technical errors.
- Comply with Google Play, Apple App Store, and legal requirements.
3. Third-party services
Brainrot Jump uses third-party services that may collect and process data under their own privacy policies and terms:
- Google Play Games Services, for optional sign-in, achievements, events, and cloud save.
- Google Play Billing, for in-app purchases and purchase restoration.
- Apple Game Center, for player authentication and achievements on iOS.
- Apple iCloud key-value storage, for protected game-progress synchronization on iOS.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit, for in-app purchases and purchase restoration on iOS.
- Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads, for ad mediation, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, measurement, fraud prevention, and advertising privacy signals.
- Firebase Analytics, for app analytics and gameplay/event measurement.
- Unity IAP, to help connect the in-game store to Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit.
These services may receive data such as app interactions, diagnostics, device identifiers, purchase status, approximate location, and platform gaming identity where applicable.
4. In-app purchases
Brainrot Jump includes optional products such as Remove Ads, Double Points, and consumable point packs. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing on Android and Apple StoreKit through the App Store on iOS.
We do not collect or store your payment card details. The game may receive purchase status information so that it can grant items, restore owned non-consumable purchases, and prevent duplicate grants. Purchases are owned by the platform store where they were made and do not automatically transfer between Google Play and the Apple App Store.
5. Ads and consent
Brainrot Jump uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate and deliver interstitial and rewarded ads on Android and iOS, with Unity Ads as an advertising source. Depending on your device, region, and advertising choice, Unity and its advertising partners may collect or share IP-based approximate location, user and device identifiers, app and device information, purchase history, ad and product interactions, advertising and other usage data, and diagnostic or performance information. This information is used to provide and measure ads, support app functionality and analytics, and prevent fraud or meet security and legal requirements.
Before real ads are initialized, the game asks you to choose Personalized Ads or Limited Ads. Personalized Ads permits supported advertising partners to use available data for more relevant advertising. Limited Ads sends supported opt-out and non-consent signals, but does not turn ads off; rewarded and interstitial ads may still be shown using more limited or contextual data. You can change this choice later from Settings > Privacy Choices.
Your advertising choice is stored locally, separately from game progress and cloud saves, and is used to send privacy signals to Unity LevelPlay and supported advertising partners. Deleting game progress does not reset this choice, but you can change it at any time in Settings. On iOS, Brainrot Jump does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the IDFA without that permission. Unity may also provide privacy controls within an advertisement.
6. Platform achievements and cloud save
On Android, Google Play Games sign-in is optional. If you sign in, Brainrot Jump may use your Google Play Games identity to provide cloud save, achievements, and game events.
On iOS, Brainrot Jump uses Apple Game Center for authentication and achievements. When iCloud is available, the game uses iCloud key-value storage to synchronize the current and backup protected save data associated with your Apple platform account.
Cloud save data contains game progress, such as points, unlocked characters, selected settings, run statistics, achievements/events progress, and purchase-related entitlement state. It does not contain your real-world name, email address, phone number, or precise location. Android Play Games saves and iOS iCloud saves are separate and do not automatically transfer between platforms.
7. Local save data
Brainrot Jump stores game progress locally on your device. Local save data may include points, unlocked characters, selected character, settings, music choices, run statistics, and purchase entitlement state.
Local and cloud progress data is protected by the app to reduce tampering, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data sharing
We may share data with the third-party services listed above when needed to provide game features, analytics, ads, crash reporting, purchases, cloud save, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
We do not sell personal information for money. When you choose Personalized Ads, advertising providers may process or share identifiers and usage information for personalized advertising or advertising measurement. Some privacy laws may define that activity as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged for the information. You can send supported opt-out signals by choosing Limited Ads in Settings > Privacy Choices.
9. Data deletion
Brainrot Jump includes an in-app Delete User Data option in Settings. This deletes local protected game progress and, when available, the related Google Play Games cloud save on Android or iCloud protected save on iOS. After deletion, the game may restore owned non-consumable purchases such as Remove Ads or Double Points from Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit because purchase records are managed by the platform store.
Google Play or Apple purchase records and Google Play Games or Game Center achievements may remain because they are platform records controlled by Google or Apple. You can manage those records and platform-account data through the controls provided by the applicable platform.

10. Data retention
Game progress is kept until you delete it, uninstall the app, or request deletion where applicable. Analytics, advertising, billing, Game Center, iCloud, StoreKit, and Play Games data may be retained by the third-party services listed above according to their own policies and legal requirements.
For more information about Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads data practices and privacy requests, see the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Google and Apple platform services are governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
11. Children
Brainrot Jump is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data handled by the game. Network traffic from major third-party services is encrypted in transit. Local and cloud save payloads are protected by the app against casual tampering. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game changes, when SDKs change, or when legal, Google Play, or Apple App Store requirements change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
